Services
Different moments call for different kinds of support.
Some things need space to unfold. Others need focused attention, a longer conversation, or help making sense of what comes next. Services are designed to meet you where you are—with enough structure to be useful and enough flexibility to remain individual.

Sessions
Space to understand what's happening beneath the surface.
Individual sessions for people navigating emotional regulation, neurodivergence, burnout, relationships, identity, transitions, or simply the sense that something in life no longer fits.
Sessions are collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based approaches while making room for complexity, context, and the person in front of me.
Neurodivergence · Emotional regulation · Burnout · Relationships · Women's mental health · Life transitions
Thought Partnership
For when you don't need someone to tell you what to do — you need somewhere to think well.
A focused space for discernment, decision-making, and working through complexity. Thought Partnership is for people navigating a meaningful decision, transition, relationship, professional challenge, or period of uncertainty who want a psychologically informed perspective without reducing the conversation to symptoms or pathology.
Private Intensives
More time. More depth. Less stopping just as you get somewhere.
A longer-format session for something that deserves more than an hour. Intensives provide uninterrupted time to explore a particular issue, decision, transition, pattern, or period of overwhelm in greater depth. Rather than spreading the conversation across several appointments, we create the space to stay with it.

Sessions
How do I know if we're a good fit?
I tend to work particularly well with thoughtful, self-aware adults who have already done a lot of thinking about themselves, but still find themselves stuck in a pattern, decision, relationship, or stage of life.
My background is broad, and so is the lens I bring to our work. Rather than approaching you through a single diagnosis or modality, I'm interested in the larger context of your life and how the pieces fit together.
I listen closely, notice patterns, make connections, and offer perspective—while remaining curious about what I may not yet understand. I won't assume I know what is right for you, but I also won't sit quietly and leave you to figure everything out on your own.
You may appreciate my approach if you value both warmth and candour—if you want to feel understood, but are also open to being challenged, seeing something differently, or considering what you may not have noticed yet.
Ultimately, fit is difficult to determine from a website. Our first session gives us an opportunity to experience what it is like to work together and decide whether it feels right.
What can I expect from the first session?
Your first session is 90 minutes so we have time to begin without rushing your story.
We'll talk about what brings you in, what has been happening in your life, relevant history, and what you would like to be different. I'll ask questions, offer observations where useful, and begin making sense of the patterns and context surrounding what you're experiencing.
You don't need to prepare, arrive with clearly defined goals, or tell your story perfectly. We'll start with what feels most important and go from there.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
Not at all.
Sometimes people arrive with a very specific concern. Other times, there is simply a sense that something feels off, repetitive, unsustainable, or no longer quite right.
You might know you're exhausted but not know why. You may be questioning a relationship, career, identity, or direction. Or perhaps your life looks good on paper but doesn't feel the way you expected it to.
You don't need to arrive with the answer. Figuring out what the question really is can be part of the work.
What if I understand my patterns but still can't change them?
This is one of the most common reasons thoughtful, self-aware people come to therapy.
You may understand where a pattern came from, recognize it while it's happening, and even know what you "should" do differently—yet find yourself repeating it anyway.
Insight matters, but insight alone doesn't always create change. Our work can move beyond why a pattern exists to understanding what continues to maintain it emotionally, relationally, behaviourally, or within the circumstances of your life.
What if I'm functioning well, but something still doesn't feel right?
You don't need to be in crisis for therapy to be worthwhile.
Many people I work with are capable, responsible, and functioning well by most external measures. They may have built successful careers, maintained relationships, and become very good at managing what is expected of them—while privately wondering whether the life they've built actually feels like their own.
Our work can be a place to explore that discrepancy without assuming something is wrong or that everything needs to change.
Sometimes the work is less about fixing a problem and more about understanding what fits now.
How often will we meet?
There is no standard frequency that is right for everyone.
Some people benefit from meeting weekly, particularly when beginning or moving through a difficult period. Others prefer biweekly sessions or more spacious, intentional check-ins.
We'll decide together what makes sense based on what you're working through, the pace and depth of the work, your schedule, and your preferences. Frequency can change over time.
Do I need a referral?
No. You do not need a referral to book an appointment. You're welcome to book directly whenever you feel ready to begin.
